Payment for parking is required on arrival and is £3.75 for 5 hours, £2 from 6pm to 6am. Our car park machines take coins and card.
Yes. If you or a member of your party has a disability or additional access needs please use the accessible entrance. This is the entrance nearest to the Humber.
Yes. Please arrive at The Deep at the time you have booked online. You can then visit our cafe either before your ticket is scanned at the turnstile, or alternatively you can visit after going round the aquarium as your journey will end here.
Yes. We have toilet facilities on every floor, including baby changing facilities, so please ask a member of staff for the nearest toilets available. We also have a Changing Places facility.
Yes. The Changing Places facility is on the ground floor of the attraction and can be opened with a radar key. If you require any further assistance, please don't hesitate to ask a Crew member.
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times when visiting The Deep.

Due to the busy nature of the aquarium, we are not able to allow access for pets.
We do not permit leaving dogs in cars.
Unfortunately, we cannot look after any items of luggage or prams. Please only bring what you can carry around with you.
Yes. We offer two electric car charging points for our customers during our opening hours (10am - 6pm). After this time, they are switched off.
This 7kW charging facility is available for £2.50 per hour, for a maximum of 5 hours. Please visit The Deep shop to purchase charging time. A member of The Deep Crew will then come and activate the charger for you.
Car Parking charges apply (and can be purchased when buying charging time).
