All visitors are advised to book their visit online to guarantee entry, particularly during weekends, school holidays and bank holidays.
This includes existing Annual Pass holders, any Essential Carers, or whether you are using Gift Vouchers or Tesco Vouchers towards your admission.
Please book via our ticketing page; the time you book is your arrival time (or within half an hour after this time), for example if you book 10:30am, please arrive any time from 10:30am to 11am. You may need to queue for a short time on arrival but there is no time limit once in the attraction.
You do not need to declare under 3's and can omit them from your booking. Under 3's are free of charge.
Once you have chosen the date/time of your visit and pressed proceed, please enter how many people will be attending in the FREE box, whether children, adults or seniors. You can omit under 3's.
Please bring the vouchers with you on the day of your visit and hand to our Reception Crew. We cannot give change for Tesco vouchers, but you can make up the difference with a cash or card payment at Reception.

Please bring the physical tickets with you on the day of your visit and hand to our Reception Crew.
If you know the new date of when you would like to visit, you will need to book a new timeslot online here. Once you have chosen your date/time and pressed proceed, next, in the FREE box, enter how many people are attending, whether children, adults or seniors. You can omit under 3s. You will then need to bring your original email and reference code so we can find your payment on our system.
If you would like a refund for any unused tickets, please email your request to cashiers@thedeep.co.uk stating your booking confirmation number.
If you have not received an e-mail with your booking reference after one hour, please call us on 01482 381000 (option 0). Occasionally bookings may fail if there is a delay in your bank authorising the transaction.
A few things to try if you are experiencing problems when adding a timeslot to your basket:
• Try emptying your basket and starting again
• Clear your browsing history and cache in your browser
• Sometimes an error will occur if a timeslot only has one space left on it, please try a different timeslot first and if the problem persists, give us a call on 01482 381000 (option 0)
