Summer is here and we are looking forward to creating some fin-tastic memories with you all. It has been amazing see our visitors reconnecting with the animals and our crew, and to see the excitement on people’s faces as they rediscover their love of the oceans.
Monday 19 July will see the lifting of many restrictions so we wanted to give you an update on how this will affect your visit with us:
Opening Times – We remain open Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm, weekends, school holidays and bank holidays 9am – 6pm. Last entry will be 5pm, we are closed 24/25 December.
Face Coverings – We request that visitors continue to wear a face covering during their visit. As an indoor attraction
Tickets – Pre-booking is essential including those who are Day Plus Pass holders, have Tesco Club Card vouchers, are essential carers or those who are current serving members of the armed forces. Please visit www.thedeep.co.uk to book your date and timeslot for your visit following the instructions at the top of the page.
Timeslots - There is no time limit within the attraction, the timeslot you book offers a 30 minute window for arrival. For example if your visit is booked for 10am you can arrive any time between 10am - 10:30am.
Day Plus Pass - All tickets include free return visits for 12 months. We are extending all valid Day Plus Passes by the amount of time that we have been closed by. This includes passes from our first closure in March 2020. If you would like to know your pass expiry date, please email the ticket holder’s name, postcode and confirmation number if you have it to info@thedeep.co.uk and a member of our crew will confirm the extension date.
Picnic Area – Picnic areas and tables are available outside the attraction. We politely ask that picnics are not eaten within The Deep.
Group/Coach Visits - We welcome group visits, you will need to book a date and a time and payment will be required in full 7 days before your visit. More information and how to book here.
Additional Measures - We still have extra measures in place to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable visit with us including a one-way system, directional signage and sanitiser stations. To find out more and plan your visit see our FAQ page.
We would like to thank our visitors for your understanding as we continue working hard to keep visitors and our Crew safe.
